A: For desktop and water purifier , it would be 7~15 days; For large scale water purification system and customized water filter system according to client s specific requirements, it would be 25 to 45 days.

Q: What's the guarantee, in case the water purifier breaks down?
A: The water purifier (except consumable items) has one year guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback.
Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
